In Akece, you can reply to specific messages within a conversation to keep communication clear and contextual. This feature is available in the following channels:
✅ WhatsApp
✅ Telegram
✅ Live Chat (website)
✅ API
ℹ️ Note: Messenger (Facebook) and Instagram APIs do not support agent replies to specific messages. When a customer replies in those channels, the context will only be visible on the Akece dashboard.
How to reply on the Akece dashboard

Hover over the message you want to reply to.

Click the menu icon or right-click on the message.

Select Reply to this message.
The replied message will appear above your editor for better context.
How to reply on the website live chat

Hover over the message and click Reply on the right-hand side.

The original message will appear in context above the reply box.

Type your message and send it.
On mobile or tablet, simply swipe the message right (agent) or left (customer) to activate the reply-to feature.
